Role Overview

Our client, Deloitte, is seeking a UKG WFM Pro Advanced Scheduling Implementation Senior Consultant . This role involves working within Deloitte's HR Transformation practice, which is a significant part of their Human Capital Consulting team, focusing on UKG platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Implement UKG WFM Pro modules including Advanced Scheduler, Time & Attendance, and others, with familiarity in Boomi integration layer.
  • Manage full lifecycle of UKG WFM Pro projects, from analysis to hypercare.
  • Lead requirements gathering, workshops, and client meetings.
  • Design work efforts and proactively address project issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR and WFM functions, including UKG modules and project lifecycle management.
  • Experience in requirements workshops, troubleshooting UKG platforms, and ability to travel up to 50%.

    • Preferred Skills

  • External consulting experience
  • Experience with other HRIS implementations

    • Additional Information

    The salary range is estimated between $131,175 and $218,625, depending on experience and other factors. The role can be located in multiple U.S. cities, with possible remote work options.
