AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role of a Full-time P&L Specialist at our Headquarters location in Warren, OH.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Thoroughly analyze and investigate documents submitted by field managers for accuracy and omissions
• Work closely with field personnel to ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Verify sales from register POS reports or register tapes
• Verify deposits for accuracy
• Make sure all deposits made timely
• Data enter register reports, physical inventories and product transfers
• Audit Monthly Profit and Loss Statements for accuracy
• Participate in month-end closing process
• Maintain notes for all locations
• Assist as required on special assignments and projects
• Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing set goals and objectives
