$2,026 to $2,156 per week

About The Position

Minimum two (2) years of experience working as an LPN in a Long-Term Care setting. Will not float between hospital and LTC.

Requirements : Licensed as an LPN in the State of Nebraska, or Compact State and an active BLS issued through American Heart Association.

Shift : 12-hour Nights 6 : 00AM-6 : 30PM, with every other weekend. Schedule is posted 4 weeks at a time. Block scheduling is not available.

Dress Code : Professional scrub top and bottom must be worn at all times but may be any color. No other facility logos or names may be shown on scrubs. No crocs may be worn. Finger nails should be an appropriate length for resident care, piercings should be professional and not excessive. Tattoos and vibrant hair colors are permitted. Agency should provide badge to Traveler and must be worn at chest level.

Orientation : May start any day of the week as there is not a set orientation schedule. Will start with Human Resources, including completing HealthStream modules and will finish out the day on the floor. Two days of shadowing with another staff member are typically provided.
