Key Responsibilities of the Financial Operations Supervisor :
Direct and manage the Accounting and Client Services Department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, financial reporting, and client support functionsLead, coach, and develop department staff to ensure accountability, professional growth, and high performanceReview financial packages including reconciliations, variance analyses, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completenessLead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support client decision-makingCoordinate annual audits, reviews, and tax filings with external partnersEnsure accurate and timely billing, collections, and vendor paymentsOversee banking relationships, including account setups, transfers, and reconciliationsQualifications of the Financial Operations Supervisor :
