Key Responsibilities
Connect with customers through calls, emails, and texts to understand their insurance needs and present suitable solutions
Work primarily with leads provided by the company to maximize sales potential and conversion rates
Build custom policies for customers and maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities using a CRM system
Required Qualifications
1+ years of insurance sales experience within a fast-paced brokerage setting
Active Property & Casualty license
Outstanding understanding of insurance products and processes
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a commitment to achieving sales targets
Proficiency in using CRM software and other tools / software
