Recruiting Coordinator (46 month contract) to join our team! In this role, you'll be an essential part of our hiring efforts, helping to ensure a smooth and efficient interview process. You'll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to create a seamless and positive experience from start to finish. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple tasks at once, and is excited to contribute to a high-impact, collaborative team.

You will :

• Schedule, coordinate, and confirm candidate interviews across multiple time zones
• Greet onsite candidates and ensure a warm, professional, and seamless interview experience
• Handle all cancellations and reschedule interviews promptly and efficiently
• Communicate changes to relevant parties and update internal systems accordingly

About you :

Location : This role is hybrid (3-4 days a week in our Palo Alto office)

Compensation & Benefits : The hourly rate for this role is $36 - $38. This is a contract position and is not eligible for company benefits.
