Jobsite Superintendent - (Construction-Manufactured Homes)

Champion Home Builders, Inc. is hiring a Jobsite Superintendent to join the team in the Southern NJ Region. The Champion Construction Services division seeks a proactive superintendent to oversee manufactured-home projects and coordinate with the Project Manager to deliver on time, with quality and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Take direction from the Project Manager for the execution of daily tasks.
• Assist in managing the flow of materials from suppliers and within the job site. Ensure materials arrive on site on time, are of the proper type and quantity, and are staged appropriately.
• Assist in directing subcontractors in their daily work and maintaining a look-ahead schedule.
• Review and inspect the quality of work from Champion's factories and subcontractors.
• Create punch lists and coordinate completion / resolution with subcontractors.
• Assist in coordinating and resolving warranty work from Champion's factory and subcontractors.
• The superintendent may perform minor warranty work and must be experienced in manufactured home production / repair.
• Maintain job site work logs, including daily reports, look-ahead schedules, safety documentation, etc.
• Perform safety inspections in accordance with Champion's safety plan.
• Lead or assist with routine toolbox talks with all job site trades.
• Travel throughout the region to oversee various job sites.
• Perform other duties as deemed necessary by the Project Manager.
