Title Sales Representative

Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Title Sales Representative to join our growing team in Melbourne, FL. This role is ideal for a licensed title professional or sales rep with an established book of business who thrives in a relationship-driven, high-activity sales environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Generate new business through prospecting, networking events, open houses, and client referrals

Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and investors

Act as the main liaison between clients and the title processing team

Provide transaction support by monitoring files, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth closings

Develop and execute marketing efforts, including social media, newsletters, and co-branded materials

Track activity, appointments, and commissions in CRM systems

Stay current on industry regulations, trends, and competitor offerings

Represent the company at community and professional events

Qualifications :

Active Title License OR existing book of business (required)

Proven sales experience in title, real estate, or mortgage industries

Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills

Must be based in Melbourne, FL area (no relocation)

Ability to work in-office weekly + flexible in-field sales activity

Preferred :

Social media and digital marketing fluency

Customer service excellence and problem-solving skills

Compensation & Benefits :

$35K+ base salary + 12% commission on file revenue

Total earnings potential : $60K - $100K+ annually

$450 / month car allowance + $75 / month phone allowance
