Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced sales rep to arrive on-time at scheduled appointments, listen to the customer's needs, identify surfaces we offer that may work, take measurements and photos, and close the sale, whether that day or in the upcoming weeks. You will also be expected to canvass neighborhoods (not in no solicitation areas) and distribute our door hangers. We offer a nominal daily rate to cover your transportation expenses and unlimited commissions in this role!

Responsibilities

Finding new sales leads. A Concrete Craft Sales Representative is constantly on the lookout for new opportunities to turn in more profit. You will routinely be provided leads, easily ten or more a week, but it will be up to you to self-generate additional leads by canvasing neighborhoods, talking to realtor, commercial companies, etc.

Meeting and exceeding sales quotas. Concrete Craft Sales Consultants are constantly on the move to meet sales quotas. Their income is dependent on meeting sales targets. Sales Consultants will receive a daily rate, but the vast majority of your pay will come from earning commissions on their sales, which can lead to bonuses if they surpass their sales quotas. Concrete Craft Sales Consultants use a variety of different methods to meet their sales goals such as follow-up calls, cold calling, and building customer relationships, both residential and commercial.

Educating and planning presentations. Concrete Craft Sales Consultants deliver presentations on Concrete Crafts solutions and services in an informal setting. These also are formal, in which you'll speak directly to potential clients and show them practical ways in which the solution or service can be used to their benefit.

Qualifications

Sales experience required; concrete overlay / resurfacing system sales experience is highly desired
