The HR Talent Strategy & Project Delivery Leader is responsible for driving the strategic direction and execution of key talent management initiatives and HR projects across the organization. This role blends deep expertise in talent management with advanced project and portfolio management capabilities to ensure alignment with business priorities and delivery of measurable impact.

This leader will partner closely with global HR teams, senior business stakeholders, and cross-functional project teams to design and execute programs that enhance organizational capability, improve talent outcomes, and support Boston Scientific's culture of performance, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Lead the development and implementation of enterprise-wide talent management strategies, including acquisition, retention, deployment, talent review, succession planning, and organizational development.
• Partner with business leaders and HR teams to translate business needs into actionable strategies aligned with global HR objectives.
• Identify, prioritize, and manage strategic HR and talent initiatives that drive business results.
• Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring achievement of milestones and deliverables.
• Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior leadership, supported by compelling business cases and clear implementation strategies.
• Oversee the development and communication of supporting infrastructure such as guidelines, processes, training, and organizational structures.
• Establish and manage reporting, metrics, and performance tracking for all talent and HR project initiatives.
• Conduct business analysis to support strategic and operational HR planning.
• Drive process improvement efforts to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of HR functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document business requirements and share best practices across geographies and business units.
• Mentor and guide project teams and HR colleagues, fostering a collaborative and agile work environment.
• Lead communities of practice to support knowledge sharing and development of best practices in talent and project management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across HR, business units, and external partners to support program success.
• Champion quality, compliance, and continuous improvement in all initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
