Supported by a legacy of 100 years under O’Neal Industries, you'll have the chance to contribute to global specialty metal distribution. Seize the opportunity to become a pivotal team member as an Advanced CNC Machining Technician on our adaptable 2nd shift.

FLSA Status : Non-Exempt

  • Starting Wage : $23 - $25, depending on experience

Hours : Monday through Thursday, 3 : 00 PM to 1 : 30 AM

Location : Hamilton, OH - On-location only

Receive $1,000 in Bonuses Post-90 Days

Your Primary Responsibilities :

  • Leverage your expertise to become the authoritative source on customer manufacturing needs for the creation of machine programming.
  • Skillfully set up and maneuver machinery such as Haas 3-axis Mills and EDM Wire Cutters with precision.
  • Examine finished outputs rigorously, correct any faults, and ensure meticulous adherence to exacting standards.
  • Exhibit superior problem-solving skills in order to audit and repair machinery effectively.
  • Undertake various other tasks as required.

    • Your Professional Qualifications Include :

    2 or more years engaging with manual and automated industrial tools.

    Exemplary competence in the utilization of CMM, CAD-CAM, and traditional precision tools.

    Proficient in discerning blueprints and schematic designs.

    Skilled in the formulation and modification of machining protocols.

    Acquainted with manufacturing and planning procedures.
