Accounting Accounting Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to manage financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards within our luxury home construction firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounts payable processes, financial reporting, and the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and ensure timely processing of invoices
• Prepare financial statements and reports for management
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate financial reporting on custom home projects
• Monitor and reconcile bank statements and accounts
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare necessary documentation for tax filings
