About the Role

This Estimator will lead the full estimating scope of infrastructure projects including PennDOT / NJDOT. Responsible for negotiating the pricing & changes in scope / scale of work, meeting with current customers / vendors, and obtaining new clients. Proficiency in HCSS Heavybid or a similar estimating software is ideal. Experience with bridges / structures required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full estimating scope of infrastructure projects including PennDOT / NJDOT.
• Negotiate pricing & changes in scope / scale of work.
• Meet with current customers / vendors and obtain new clients.
• Utilize HCSS Heavybid or similar estimating software.
• Work on projects involving bridges / structures.

Pay range and compensation package

Salary : $110k-$130k ( Estimator ), $125k-$160k ( Senior Estimator ) (dont let the $ deter you!) Additional benefits including Bonus, 401K and Healthcare
