Job Description :

The Risk and Claims Specialist will manage organizational claims and risk programs, focusing on Workers’ Compensation and General Liability. This role plays a key part in reducing financial losses and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage all aspects of Workers’ Compensation and General Liability claims programs.
• Investigate incidents, analyze trends, and recommend strategies to minimize future losses.
• Serve as the main point of contact for claims-related matters across the organization.
• Collaborate with third-party administrators, defense counsel, and internal stakeholders on claim resolutions.
• Oversee legal and compliance processes, including OSHA reporting and unemployment law.
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports and documentation.
