Position Requirements :

Minimum 2 years of experience in dental treatment coordinator

Proven track record as a top performer (A-player)

Strong leadership skills — ability to lead the team in partnership with the doctor

Highly organized — capable of managing all aspects of daily office operations

Goal-driven with excellent problem-solving skills

Proficient in Dentrix dental software
