Join our team as a Patient Access Navigator, where you will play a crucial role in supporting patient access to healthcare services. You will be responsible for confirming and scheduling appointments across all medical clinics, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate patient records.

• Confirm and schedule appointments for all medical clinics.
• Maintain superior customer service with patients, vendors, and coworkers.
• Confirm appointments and handle data entry tasks.
• Update patient information accurately.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00 / hr.
