Key Responsibilities
Architect, analyze, and redesign procurement and operational workflows
Build optimization models for HR processes and business operations
Develop simulations for what-if analysis and redesign decision flows for improved efficiency
Required Qualifications
STEM degree (Data Science, Math, Operations Research, Economics, Statistics) or similar field
8+ years in analytical decision making, operations design, or process transformation
Deep fluency in descriptive and predictive analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling
Technical proficiency in Python or R and at least one optimization language
Experience partnering with data science and analytics teams
