Job Summary

Zachary Piper Solution is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Develope r to join our team on-site in Woodlawn, MD . The selected candidate will be instrumental in guiding a team of support analysts and ensuring that support operations are streamlined and responsive to organizational demands.

Responsibilities

  • Serve in dual capacities as both a Team Lead and a Senior ServiceNow Developer.
  • Evaluate client needs and design architectural solutions that address technical and managerial requirements, enhance automation, and support operational reporting.
  • Spearhead the creation of strategic solution documents, including operational roadmaps and architectural diagrams, extending beyond the scope of individual user stories.
  • Assist in prototype development and lead technical evaluations and discussions based on established requirements.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience developing solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem, including modules such as ITSM, ITOM (HAM / SAM), ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, and HR.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 5+ years of experience participating in technical discussions and conducting solution reviews.
  • Broad familiarity with various ServiceNow components and integration with third-party technologies.
  • 5+ years of experience in system architecture design and understanding of design principles and their implications.
  • 5+ years of experience maintaining IT data accuracy (e.g., CMDB, HAM, SAM).
  • 5+ years of industry experience across sectors such as finance, healthcare, technology, manufacturing, or retail.
  • Proven track record of technical leadership and driving innovative solutions.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance (required by contract)

    • Compensation

  • Salary Range : $110,000-$120,000 / year depending on experience
  • Comprehensive Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, and Holidays
