Job Summary

The University of North Georgia is currently accepting applications for a federal work study student in the Facilities department on the Gainesville campus. The Student Worker Administrative Assistant will support the daily operations of UNG's Facilities Department by providing front-desk and clerical assistance. Working hours may be flexible but must provide coverage from 3-5pm.

Responsibilities

• Responsibilities include checking in visitors, vendors, and contractors, and issuing or loaning equipment as needed. The position involves general administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, filing documents, and answering departmental phone calls. The assistant will receive service requests via phone and generate corresponding work orders for technicians.
