The Manager Workplace Strategy & Occupancy Planning is responsible for developing and implementing occupancy strategies to optimize workplace utilization and support Regeneron's growing organization and footprint. This role involves managing space planning processes, analyzing workplace data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The Manager will oversee occupancy planning initiatives and leverage data analytics to provide actionable insights, while maintaining a strong focus on employee experience and operational efficiency.

This role is based at Global HQ in Tarrytown NY and requires working onsite 4 days per week, this is not open to remote or hybrid work.

As the Manager Workplace Strategy & Occupancy Planning a typical day may include :

Occupancy Planning and Strategy :

• Develop and execute short-term and long-term occupancy plans to align with organizational goals and workplace strategy.
• Manage space allocation and utilization processes, ensuring efficient use of office spaces and resources and maintaining space standards and policies.
• Collaborate with business units and leadership to understand their space requirements and propose solutions that support growth and productivity.
• Partner with the Associate Director, Occupancy Planning, to implement strategic workplace initiatives and monitor effectiveness.
• Continuously evaluate processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness in occupancy planning efforts.
• Support workplace change management initiatives.

To be considered for this role you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Facilities Management, Business Analytics, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in occupancy planning, space management, or workplace strategy roles; multi-campus, global, and laboratory occupancy planning experience is strongly preferred.

Salary Range (annually) $113,100.00 - $184,700.00
