Heating Air Conditioning Designer – Jacobs

Location : San Antonio, TX – Remote flexible options available.

Base salary range :  $102,900.00 – $135,075.00 per year. Individual pay is determined by location, experience and job-related skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop HVAC systems for heavy industrial, specialty chemical and electric vehicle manufacturing facilities.
• Prepare detailed construction documents, including calculations, Air Flow Diagrams (AFDs), Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) and general arrangement drawings.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams to coordinate HVAC, plumbing and utility systems.
• Perform field investigations, client and vendor interface, equipment sizing, selection and construction package preparation.
• Ensure technical quality, schedule adherence and cost effectiveness of engineering tasks.
