Principles of infection control Principles of performance improvement Principles of delegation Outpatient experience strongly preferred. Skilled in venipuncture, EKGs, and injections . Perform patient assessments, monitor conditions, and report changes to the supervising RN / Physician. Administer medications and injections as directed. Perform venipuncture, EKGs, and other clinical procedures. Provide patient education on treatments, medications, and follow-up care. Support physicians during exams and procedures. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records. Follow principles of infection control, delegation, and performance improvement. Contribute to a safe, patient-centered outpatient environment.
