Overview

The Digital Content Creator will be the driving force behind producing engaging short- and long-form video content optimized for web, social media and on-site. From brainstorming concepts to shooting, editing, and publishing, this role requires a mix of creativity, technical production skills, and an eye for storytelling. This is a unique opportunity as you’ll create video assets to tell the stories of individuals rather than brands.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, script, film, and edit high-quality video content for social media, website, campaigns, and events.
  • Write, edit, and produce compelling content that reflects an individual’s voice and values
  • Capture and edit b-roll and interviews
  • Optimize videos for different platforms (Events, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Stay up-to-date with digital trends, emerging platforms, and video formats
  • Manage pre-production (storyboarding, scheduling shoots, scouting locations) and post-production (editing, color correction, audio mixing, motion graphics)

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of professional experience in video content creation, production, or digital media
  • Strong portfolio showcasing video work (short-form, long-form, and social media content)
  • Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve)
  • Skilled in camera operation, lighting, and sound recording
  • Understanding of digital and social media trends, audience engagement, and storytelling techniques
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong creative vision paired with technical know-how
