We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable commercial plumber to join our team. This position is ideal for a licensed professional with experience in large-scale plumbing systems, who thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial buildings.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout of plumbing systems.
• Inspect plumbing systems, identify issues, and recommend effective solutions.
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on water supply lines, drainage systems, and fixtures.
• Collaborate with contractors, project managers, and other trades to ensure timely project completion.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.

Qualifications

Valid plumbing license or certification required.

Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial plumbing.

Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and safety practices.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Physical ability to perform plumbing tasks (lifting, bending, working in confined spaces).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
