WHAT’S THE JOB ?
- Manage individual and team performance to agreed-upon KPIs and quality assessments
- Support all aspects of sales floor activity to help increase the performance of both individual and team target achievement
- Create, analyze and report on weekly, monthly, quarterly KPI dashboards
- Maintain a high level of excellence in the sales organization by performance improvement, PIPs, and alignment with the Recruiting Team
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams on the development, management and measurement of sales programs and expansion of product portfolio
- Develop data-driven insights and recommendations on pipeline, segmentation, and sales motion
- Work with senior leaders to design annual incentive and compensation plans for the sales team

Requirements
WHO ARE YOU?
Exemplify grit, integrity, pursuit of excellence, and an others-focusHave 3-5 years of leadership experience in a B2C sales center / telesales environmentHave a high attention to detail with a focus on the KPIs that drive performance from each individual and the team as a wholeExperience coaching sales professionals through objection handling and other areas to help them gain proficiency and goal attainmentHave excellent data analysis (MS Excel and other reporting tools) and presentation skills, experience creating scorecards a plusExperience with tech sales preferred but not requiredHave strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skillsBenefits
WHY US?
This position is a full-time, in-office position in Dallas, TX. Our training, onboarding and mentorship programs are intentionally designed to ensure you are fully-equipped and confident in starting your role.
The compensation package includes a base salary of $100,000 per year, with additional performance-based bonuses tied to sales targets and team performances.
We offer paid time off, paid holidays and health insurance coverage.
