Position Overview

As a Wholesale Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our client base by managing inbound wholesale inquiries, cultivating new business opportunities, and nurturing relationships with existing specialty boutique customers. You'll be the frontline ambassador of our brand, representing us on the phone and in person at 2 trade shows a year.

Qualifications

• Field all wholesale inquiries and requests from smaller retailers nationwide, providing timely and accurate information about products, pricing, and availability.
• Collaborate closely with our operations team to manage inventory and strategize product priorities
• Research and conduct cold calls to establish new accounts across the country, identifying prime boutiques for Packed Party products. You understand where our brand fits and where it does not, and are up to date on all the hottest new stores in the key cities.
• Follow up with existing customers to facilitate reorders and assess product performance in stores.
• Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients through effective communication via phone and email.
• Effectively manage customer accounts, ensuring prompt resolution of issues, proactive communication, and timely follow-ups to maintain strong partnerships.
• Represent the brand at Markets, trade shows, and other sales opportunities, showcasing products, networking with potential clients, and promoting brand awareness and visibility.
