Payroll & HR Generalist
Our client, a well-established manufacturer with multiple divisions, is seeking a Payroll & HR Generalist to manage payroll operations and support HR functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys working closely with employees across departments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process weekly payroll and manage time clock data
- Maintain accurate records for PTO, vacation, and sick time
- Handle 401(k) contributions, loans, and census reporting
- Administer new hire onboarding, orientation, and safety training
- Support open enrollment and benefits administration
- Maintain HR files, I-9s, and compliance documentation
- Coordinate temporary staffing and track attendance
- Assist with workers' compensation reporting and safety initiatives
- Order office supplies and support general HR operations
Qualifications :
Associate's degree or 46 years of relevant experienceExperience with Paycor HRIS / Payroll preferredSHRM certification is a plusBilingual in Spanish and English is a plus, but not requiredAbility to lift up to 25 lbs and work in both office and factory settingsPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.06 - $40.86 / hr.
