Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to our commercial insurance clients, including billing inquiries, endorsements, policy renewals, and certificates of insurance.
  • Communicate with carriers and underwriters to follow up on underwriting requests, missing documents, and coverage changes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the agency management system.
  • Assist the commercial production team with processing quotes and binding policies.
  • Support client retention by ensuring timely follow-up and issue resolution.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who is :

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal communication required)
  • A fast learner and adaptable to changing processes and systems
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • A self-starter who can work independently and take initiative
  • Friendly, patient, and professional in client interactions
  • No prior insurance required
  • Property and Casualty License is not required but must be willing to get the license before starting. We will guide you through the process getting licensed.
