What Youll Be Doing

• Partnering with clients. Work closely with current and future clients to make their projects a reality and strengthen the communities we serve. Ensure expectations align with project work while delivering uncompromising client service.
• Building and maintaining relationships. Drive business development, set and manage client expectations, explore options when challenges arise, lead meetings, and foster loyalty.
• Leading projects from start to finish. Establish and manage objectives, scopes, budgets, work plans, and performance expectations. Oversee workload, staffing, and forecasting, and coordinate with other offices to balance resources.
• Ensuring quality and accuracy. Provide QA / QC and peer review to ensure deliverables are precise, thorough, and meet client expectations.
• Managing contracts and budgets. Oversee financial aspects of contracts, including subcontractors, protecting SCJs interests while maintaining strong relationships.
• Developing your team. Challenge others to grow their technical and leadership skills, inspire collaboration, and serve as a mentor and role model.
• Growing as a professional. Gain experience in design and plan production, proposal development, project interviews, and presentations.
