TIR is looking for an experienced Right of Way Database Specialist for a project from 10 / 5 / 26-10 / 6 / 26.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accurate data entry into project management tool
• Maintain integrity of database in regards to title abstracts, agent contact reports, ROW files, check registers, status reports for management
• Prepares all executable documents and associated forms

WORKING CONDITIONS

Internal – Work is performed in a climate-controlled environment.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Work involves standing and walking for potentially extended periods of time, but most duties are performed from a seated position. Work may include occasional pushing, pulling or carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds such as files and documents. Work normally requires finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination to operate a computer keyboard at moderate skill level.
