Production Operator Compensation
- The pay for this position is $20.00 per hour
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Production Operator Highlights
This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needsShift : C-Shift; Days – 6 : 00 a.m. to 6 : 00 p.m.Schedule : 12-hour shifts (3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off)Hours : Rotating 36- and 48-hour work weeks, Monday–SundayProduction Operator Responsibilities
Perform routine production functions such as filling, utility operations, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting under general supervisionMaintain accurate records and logs in compliance with FDA , GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) , and ISO9000 standardsWork effectively in a team setting to support shared goals and production objectivesMake sound decisions and judgments within the scope of standard practices and proceduresFollow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and instructions accuratelyCommunicate effectively with co-workers and team leads / supervisors to ensure smooth operationsProduction Operator Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent1–2 years of production or manufacturing experienceAbility to read, write, and comprehend specifications written in EnglishBasic math skills and ability to perform calculations as neededStrong communication and teamwork skillsMust be reliable and punctual, with flexibility to work extended or rotating hoursWillingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilitiesAttendance is mandatory for the first 90 daysPreferred Qualifications
