Employment Litigation Attorney - Irvine

Klinedinst is seeking an attorney with 4+ years of experience totake depositions, interview witnesses, write motions, and analyze employment law matters involvingharassment, discrimination, and retaliation claims. Experience with wage and hour class action and PAGA representative claims is preferred.

The ideal candidate is ready to take on responsibility, staying ahead of evolving employment laws and independently handling employment cases while tackling complex issues. We're also looking for attorneys with experience in structuring discovery plans, taking and defending depositions, managing document-intensive cases, drafting dispositive motions, and preparing for trial.
