What you will enjoy doing

• You will be involved in efforts in research, development and introduction (application development) of new or improved coatings
• The best candidate will be able to resolve technical issues and roadblocks to maintain progress in product development milestones
• You will develop contingency actions and provide technical leadership to resolve both production and customer related issues on multiple product line
• You will work closing with production leaders and customers as a support on current applications, growth opportunities, and technical issues
• Further, you must have strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a multidisciplinary environment
