Job Title : Permanent Position for Physician - Otolaryngology

Job Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive, full-service ENT care to a wide referral base with minimal competition.
• Manage a daily patient load of 20-30 in-clinic consultations.
• Perform surgeries across three OR locations, including advanced surgical technology.
• Utilize four da Vinci Xi Surgical Robots with da Vinci Table Motion.
• Collaborate with a comprehensive onsite audiology team and other medical subspecialties.
• Participate in a care team model with advanced practice providers and hospitalist support.
• Take backup call only while advanced practice providers cover primary calls.
• Contribute to a collegial work culture that emphasizes physician wellness and work-life balance.
• Access resources such as Mayo Clinic eConsults and Grand Rounds.
• Optionally teach medical students and advanced practice trainees.
