Production Line Equipment Operator — Alsip, IL

Picture the start of your shift at 5 : 00 AM : you gear up, check your line docket, stage materials, and bring a production cell to life. By midday, you’ve kept throughput on target, recorded accurate counts, and adjusted settings to keep quality on point. When your 12-hour day wraps at 5 : 00 PM, the floor is clean, paperwork is complete, and the next run is ready to go.

What You27ll Do

  • Set up production machinery and stage materials for continuous runs
  • Read and verify line orders / dockets to confirm specs and counts
  • Operate, monitor, and adjust equipment to maintain quality and output
  • Conduct in-process inspections and package finished goods
  • Complete daily production paperwork with accurate data
  • Keep your work area organized, clean, and compliant with safety rules
  • Follow established safety procedures and company regulations

    • What You27ll Bring

  • 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency with packaging processes and machine setups for production runs
  • Willingness to work overtime as required
  • A commitment to stay safe and to continue to learn and develop
  • Ability to satisfactorily complete training courses as determined by management
