R&D Technical Manager

GSC R&D Colorant South Holland, IL is seeking a R&D Technical Manager to lead development activities for the architectural product development & formulation colorants group. This role will be responsible for developing close partnerships with the GSC architectural business units to clearly identify the needs and define project scopes and priorities for SW GSC architectural colorant platforms feasibility to commercialization. They will also develop and recommend strategies for exploratory research within their department to investigate opportunities to utilize new technologies or achieve general market needs.
