  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Supervise a team of 4-5 analysts handling U.S. and Canadian payroll tax
  • Provide expertise on Canadian provincial tax matters and guide the team accordingly
  • Lead creation and implementation of SOPs for payroll tax functions
  • Ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions and manage escalations
  • Partner with internal departments to align tax reporting and remittance schedules
  • Qualifications :
  • 3+ years of payroll tax experience, with some exposure to Canadian payroll preferred
  • Prior supervisory experience or strong leadership skills in a tax / accounting function
