- The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide direct, high-level administrative support to the CDIO, serving as a trusted partner in managing priorities, communications, and day-to-day operations. This position works in close collaboration with a partner Executive Assistant in the CDIO’s office to ensure seamless coordination and support across all executive activities. The role requires exceptional professionalism, judgment, and organizational capability to support a fast-paced global executive office. The successful candidate will anticipate needs, maintain strict confidentiality, and enable the CDIO’s effectiveness through proactive coordination and precision execution.
Job Specific Description / Responsibilities :
Manage and prioritize the CDIO’s complex calendar, anticipating conflicts and ensuring alignment across global time zones and business priorities.Serve as a liaison between the CDIO, senior leadership, and internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate communication.Arrange and manage domestic and international travel logistics and itineraries aligned with business objectives.Maintain awareness of ongoing projects and initiatives to anticipate needs and provide proactive support.Draft and manage correspondence, reports, and communications requiring discretion and judgment.Partner closely with the Chief of Staff and other executive assistants across the organization to ensure alignment and continuity.Support planning and execution of executive-level meetings and events.Coordinate and prepare executive briefings, presentations, and materials for key meetings, reviews, and board-level discussions.Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive informationJob Description :
