Johnson Service Group is looking for an experienced warehouse manager for one of our clients in Sterling, VA. Responsible for performing warehouse duties, managing inventory accuracy, and overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations. Supports incoming / outgoing shipments, RMAs, and ensures a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse. Trains and leads warehouse staff, collaborates with project teams, and maintains compliance with all procedures.
Responsibilities
- Manage schedules, priorities, and work assignments for warehouse staff and temporary employees.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular counts and ERP tracking.
- Receive, inspect, store, and document incoming shipments; prepare and process outbound shipments.
- Process RMAs and coordinate with Project, Inventory, and Purchasing teams.
- Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and proper equipment operation.
- Train and mentor warehouse team members.
- Deliver materials to job sites and between company facilities as needed.
Qualifications
