Job Description : Job Summary :
We are seeking a Product Analytics and Data Strategy Lead to head the Marketing Technology & Product Analytics team.
This individual will lead digital data strategy, analytics implementation, insights generation, and marketing technology execution.
The role focuses on integrating and analyzing streaming digital data, marketing platforms, and enterprise systems to optimize customer journeys, site experiences, and marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and execute a digital data and analytics strategy aligned with enterprise initiatives
- Manage digital marketing and product analytics projects concurrently
- Analyze web and mobile app traffic and user behavior to derive actionable insights
- Build dashboards and reports that communicate data-driven stories effectively
- Develop advanced analytics models using machine learning techniques such as clustering, recommendation systems, and propensity scoring
- Foster data literacy and a culture of insight-driven decision making
- Establish and maintain strong data governance and privacy practices
- Enable server-side tagging and third-party integrations in cloud environments
- Integrate marketing tech platforms (CDPs, CRMs, ESPs) with analytics tools
- Conduct session-level analysis and clickstream mining across digital properties
- Implement and manage A / B testing and personalization efforts
- Build audience segments and customer journey maps based on behavioral and transactional data
Required Qualifications :
5–7 years of experience in tag management, digital marketing, or digital data analysisStrong understanding of digital data sources, SDKs, and MarTech toolsExperience with server-side tagging and cloud integrations (AWS, GCP, BigQuery, Redshift, Athena)Hands-on SQL experience for joining and querying complex datasetsIn-depth experience with session-level web and mobile analyticsExperience with A / B testing methodologies and multi-touch attribution modelsDeep knowledge of tag management systems such as Tealium IQ or Adobe Tag ManagerFamiliarity with customer journey mapping and segmentation strategiesProven ability to test and implement APIs ensuring security and performancePreferred Qualifications :
Experience with A / B testing tools and personalization enginesComfort with CX metrics, dashboards, and BI collaborationExperience using dashboard tools like Quicksight, Looker, Power BI, or TableauJ-18808-Ljbffr
