What you will do :

• Fields incoming customer requests in Salesforce in a timely manner to assure efficiency in resolution.
• Ensures that order processing is accurate and timely.
• Acts as customer contact regarding pricing, lead time, and shipping questions.
• Manages emergency requests for high priority situations.
• Recommends corrective actions to resolve customer complaints.
• Work cross-functionally with other teams to resolve issues and manage requests.
• Handles various special projects as assigned by manager
• Creates and assists in process documentation

Minimum Qualifications :

This is a 6 month contract position to start in November. Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position. The typical hourly rate for this position ranges from $21.35 - $32.99 per hour in MN. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
