Overview Enterprise Sales Executive - Video Analytics Solutions (Northeast) at Milestone Systems. This role focuses on building and nurturing relationships with large enterprise accounts for the BriefCam product line, identifying and progressing opportunities, and growing a portfolio of active enterprise accounts. The position aims to deliver exceptional service, expand service offerings, and drive revenue growth within the product line.
Location The ideal candidate must reside in New York City, New Jersey, or Connecticut. Relocation assistance is not offered.
Responsibilities Create, nurture, and respond to sales opportunities and close sales orders for Milestone’s BriefCam product line in large strategic new business opportunities in enterprise accounts.
Achieve quarterly and annual sales objectives in coordination with the National Analytics Business Manager, East US.
Conduct sales calls, schedule promotional work, and regularly track sales activities with all channels, end users, and consultant opportunities using Salesforce.
Source, qualify, select, and manage Integrators and VARs (Value-Added Resellers).
Work collaboratively with pre-sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
Demonstrate solution selling techniques, uncover prospect challenges, and deliver valuable solutions using deep product knowledge.
Create proposals and quotes for prospective customers, including published prices and information on sales terms and delivery dates.
Collaborate with the pre-sales technical team to assess customer requirements and provide first-level technical guidance.
Map technology solutions to end user business requirements across multiple buyer personas.
Attend regional and national tradeshows and participate in marketing events.
Grow year-over-year territory sales revenue faster than the market average in alignment with territory budget goals.
Maintain an accurate pipeline and timely sales forecasts.
Travel up to 50% throughout the Northeast US and domestically.
Experience & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years in Enterprise software sales, Business Development, or National / Key Account Sales & Management; experience with Video Analytics is a major plus.
Strong account management skills with attention to detail and strategic planning.
Hunter sales mindset; knowledge and experience in the video and / or security market preferred.
Excellent presentation skills for various audiences.
Demonstrated follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills.
Proven sales and revenue growth in enterprise software sales.
Experienced with Salesforce or other top-tier CRM systems.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
Strong organizational skills, discretion, and independent judgment.
Travel This role requires frequent domestic travel and occasional international travel, primarily by air. Estimated travel : 50%.
Compensation & Benefits The annual on-target earnings for this position range from $180,000 to $200,000. Pay is based on level, location, complexity, responsibility, and duties.
