Hourly Pay : $30.04 – $41.50 (based on experience)

Shift Differentials :

$4.00 / hour for nights

$4.00 / hour for weekends

Sign-On Bonus : Case-by-case

Job Description

We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Medical-Surgical (Med / Surg) team in Kansas City, MO . This is an excellent opportunity to provide holistic care to patients with medical, surgical, cardiac, neurologic, orthopedic, and nephrology needs in a fast-paced, team-driven environment within a Level I Trauma Center .

This position offers both day and night shifts , with rotating weekends , and the potential for a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance on a case-by-case basis.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments in accordance with hospital and unit protocols

Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans to support optimal patient outcomes

Deliver direct nursing care and supervise non-licensed support staff

Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and discharge instructions

Provide emotional support that aligns with patient age, culture, and condition

Qualifications

Experience :

Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (recent experience not required)

Education :

ADN or BSN from an accredited nursing program

Licensure :

Active RN license in Missouri or Compact RN license with MO eligibility

Certifications :

BLS certification (required upon hire)
