Responsibilities
- Participate in Electrical / Electronic / Electromechanical / Electrooptical (EEEE) Parts Engineering technical assignments related to hardware design, manufacture and test.
- Participate in the selection, qualification, test and failure analysis of EEEE Parts.
- Prepare technical and progress reports, prepare specifications, evaluate suppliers and analyze test reports.
- Coordinate with Design Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Engineering, and Procurement / Supply Chain organizations.
- Work on electrical components such as resistors, capacitors, diodes, integrated circuits (ICs), hybrids, crystals, crystal oscillators, filters, fuses, heaters, magnetics, microcircuits, relays, semiconductors, thermistors.
- Travel and work with suppliers and government agencies to ensure electronic component selections meet quality and performance requirements.
