Job Details

Bring a portable book of business (minimum ~$250,000 expected)—clients, relationships, revenue pipeline

Originate and service client matters across (but not limited to) : real estate, commercial litigation, corporate transactions, creditor rights, intellectual property

Lead, manage, and mentor junior attorneys and staff

Maintain responsibility for your own client load and client relationships

Collaborate with firm leadership on growth strategy, marketing, expansion of practice lines

Handle new business development, pitch, and client management

Participate in firm governance decisions as you grow into full partner / senior leadership role
