CNC Lead / Supervisor Programmer Machinist

Key Responsibilities :

• Ability to perform conversational programming on machines as well as offline programming using CAM software.
• Performing programming for lathes and 5 axis mills.
• Generate efficient toolpaths, considering tool selection, speeds, and feeds to achieve optimal machining results.
• Setup and Operation :
• Set up CNC machines, including loading tooling, fixtures, and raw materials.
• Tool Selection and Optimization :
• Select appropriate cutting tools based on job requirements and material specifications.
• Continuously optimize tool usage and machining processes for increased efficiency.
• Quality Control :
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any deviations and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications :

Shift : Day shift, full-time.

Pay : $33–$38 / hr, based on experience.
