Minimum Qualifications
One year of experience performing clerical dutiesHigh school diploma or GEDA combination of post-secondary education and / or job-related experience may substitute for the minimum qualifications on a year-for-year basisWe Also Value
Clerical and / or customer service experience in a law office, judicial, or law enforcement environmentJob Contributions
Create and send electronic initial discovery packetsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with exceptional accuracyRetrieve case information from various databases, including Court database, Superior Court database, among othersPull case files from electronic calendars and assign cases for discovery packet creationCommunicate effectively with attorneys, bureau leads and defense counsel via telephone and emailPerform criminal history / criminal records checks and bureau-specific data entryMaintain a current Terminal Operator Certification with Department of Public SafetyAssist with document delivery runs between downtown buildingsUpdate discovery log, upload discovery, and scan documentsWorking Conditions
