Sr. Program Manager, HR Operations Description

Our client is looking for a Sr. Program Manager, HR Operations to add to their team in the Bay Area. This is a strategic, high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at building scalable HR programs while partnering with cross-functional teams. You’ll work closely with teams and colleagues across the globe to ensure that all programs, from onboarding to offboarding, are seamless, compliant, and enhance the employee experience. Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and scale HR Programs ensuring compliance and audit readiness
• Oversee benefits, leave of absence, LMS, onboarding / offboarding, and training initiatives
• Manage North America HR operations, including program execution, policy benchmarking, and vendor / third-party partnerships
• Identify gaps in current processes and drive improvements to enhance employee experience, engagement, and retention
• Manage multiple priorities and stretch assignments in a fast-paced environment
• Track program effectiveness and recommend updates to maintain operational efficiency
