Essential Job Functions
A. Timely submissions with all required clinical documentation per timelines determined by individual payors and CCABA policies. (Weighted Score : 12.5)
B. Development and ongoing monitoring of Individual Treatment Plans including add updated information such as new insurance, change of care or medication or behavior change (Weighted Score : 12.5 )
C. Ensuring compliance with all client’s insurance-related requirements, complete, on-time, proper storage and labeling of clinical notes for each client interaction. (Weighted Score : 12.5)
D. Facilitate regular family / caregiver meetings and trainings to ensuring open communication, data review, progress updates, generalization and transition planning, recommendations for future programming and treatment, preparing analysis and summary of data, responses to caregiver questions (Weighted Score : 12.5)
E. Employee practices effective and respectful communication with supervisors, supervisees, clinical team, members from other departments, families, and outside agencies (Weighted Score : 12.5)
F. Review schedule and adjust for any time out of therapy for make-up days or increase or decrease of necessary treatment hours (Weighted Score : 12.5)
G. Complete, on-time, proper storage and labeling of required documents – initial and ongoing treatment plans, behavior plan, FBA, assessments, transition / discharge plan (if applicable), discharge letter (if applicable), paper data (if applicable) – for internal and external audits. Maintaining HIPAA and best practices as determined via qualitative and compliance reviews (Weighted Score : 12.5)
H. Keep licensure, certification and credentialing current (Weighted Score : 12.5)
A. Initial and ongoing assessment and evaluation of skills and needs for each client. (Weighted Score : 25)
B. Regular staff training and supervision, using monthly integrity treatment checks and contextual feedback for staff enhancement and client progress. (Weighted Score : 25)
C. Identifying clients and families in need of additional supports, such as families of clients with high risk behavior, social skills groups, family support groups, and providing / referring families for all indicated supports. (Weighted Score : 25)
D. Ensure productivity and efficiency of the center in the office (Weighted Score : 25
A. Maintain the confidentiality of all individual information.
B. Ensure that you treat all individuals fairly, and with kindness, dignity, and respect as stated in Circle City ABA policies.
C. Report all allegations of physical, verbal, mental, or sexual abuse to include involuntary seclusion, neglect or misappropriation of the individual’s belongings or money.
D. Honor refusal of treatment request. Report such requests to the individual’s team.
