POSITION SUMMARY
The Product Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the product department within our Uniworld Boutique River Cruise brand. This position exists to support the team in delivering high-quality, well-organized product experiences that align with the company’s mission to drive excellence across every touchpoint.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Product SharePoint Management : Create and maintain the Product SharePoint site to ensure accuracy and accessibilityManuals & Image Library : Prepare and update product manual and image library for consistency and relevanceTraining Materials Development : Create PowerPoint presentations and voice-over training content to support team learning and developmentAnnual Kickoff Meeting Preparation : Collaborate with the team to design and prepare presentations for the yearly kickoff meeting, ensuring effective communication and engagementPassenger Minimum Numbers : Maintain the passenger minimum number spreadsheet to support operational decision makingMXP System : Work with the MXP system to manage and streamline product dataQuality Control & Proofing : Ensure accuracy in product information across brochures, cruise companions, website content, documentation, and other sales and marketing materialsWebsite : Collaborate with the Marketing Department to uphold quality control standards for the Uniworld websiteComparative Analysis : Create comparisons for ships, product offering, new itineraries, and industry trendsSurvey Reporting : Compile and analyze survey data for key destinations, including Vietnam, Cambodia, Egypt, India, and Peru, to assess performance and identity areas for improvementPassenger Count Management : Maintain accurate passenger records and generate summary reports for extensions and cruise / tour programs, ensuring up-to-date reportingInternal Inquiries : Respond to questions from staff, providing timely and accurate informationProject Support : Assist the product team with various assigned projects, contributing to the development and enhancement of offeringsAdditional Duties : Perform other responsibilities as needed, supporting overall team objectivesRequirements :

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other presentation tools.Excellent written and oral communication able to dictate in a clear and precise manner and including superior punctuation and grammar.Must have meticulous attention to detail, have ability to prioritize and manage workload with little supervision and be able to communicate providing verbal feedback in a professional manner.Prior experience in the travel industry is highly preferred.TRAVEL & OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Work Location : Hybrid (office & remote) - in Calabasas, CA office. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite for a minimum of two days per week.Travel : To be discussed
